Golden

A golden yellow beetroot that retains it's colour when cooked! Unlike the traditional red beetroots, this yellow variety is a little sweeter and has a fine texture even when harvested later and the roots are a little larger than normal making it a very easy grower with little worry of a wooded taste or texture at a later harvest. 

Leaves offer optional early harvest to be used as spinach or enjoyed in a salad.
